Biography
Dr. Philip C. Bartlett was born in Seattle, Washington in 1942. He graduated Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1963. Four years later, in 1967, he graduated from Tulane University Medical School with his Medical Degree. After completing his Internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans in 1968, Dr. Bartlett entered the United States Air Force serving at Andrews Air Force Base in Tan An, Viet Nam. He returned from Viet Nam in 1970 and completed his Residency in Otolaryngology at University of California, San Francisco in 1974. He is currently on staff at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Bartlett is listed as one The Best Doctors in America and has past listings in San Francisco Focus Magazine and San Francisco Magazine as one of the Best Doctors in The City. Dr. Bartlett is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a member of the American Rhinologic Society.
